1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PT Morrum Prima Visi (“we”), the operator of SpaceHub (spacehub.id), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and workspace booking services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Data We Collect and How We Use It
The data we collect:
- Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Booking and payment data: space, dates, and transaction history. Payments are processed by Xendit; we do not store your full card number.
- Location: your device location, only if you allow it, to show spaces near you.
- Identity documents: a photo or copy of your KTP, only when identity verification is needed for a booking.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
We use this data to process bookings and payments, manage your account, verify identity and keep the Service secure, contact you about the Service, analyze and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We send promotional information only if you agree to it. We process location data and identity documents only with your consent.
3. Who Receives Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Workspace partners, to the extent needed for your booking to be carried out.
- Payment providers (Xendit).
- Technology providers, such as hosting, email/SMS, and analytics (hosting: Niagahoster and Heroku; email: Google; analytics: Google Analytics), who act on our instructions and must keep your data confidential.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Our site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those sites.
4. Cookies
We use cookies so the Service works, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Service is used. For analytics, we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and site usage. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may stop some features of the Service, such as login, from working properly.
5. Storage and Security
We keep your personal data for as long as needed for bookings, payments, and the services you request, and to meet legal obligations. After that, the data will be deleted or archived under our data retention policy.
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit and access restrictions. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data protection failure affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law.
Some of our providers may process data outside Indonesia. In that case, we make sure adequate protection is in place as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights, Policy Changes, and Contact
Under applicable law, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, update or complete it, request deletion or the end of processing, withdraw your consent, and object to certain processing. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data without the consent of a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and we will notify you of important changes.
