The next expansion, into the Thamrin Nine area of Central Jakarta on 8 August 2023, marked a major leap. Sitting right on the Thamrin–Sudirman corridor, the location is highly strategic for professionals who need quick access from offices, malls, the MRT, and the city’s main thoroughfares.
On 28 November 2023, SpaceHub moved closer still to the flow of workers and residents in the Bendungan Hilir area, strengthening its reach in central Jakarta.
Reinforcing its presence in West Jakarta, SpaceHub Gajah Mada officially began operating on 26 September 2024, serving business owners, residents of Mediterania Apartments, and families needing extra space without sacrificing comfort at home.
SpaceHub Gajah Mada ultimately closed on 31 July 2026 to optimize the business around the rapidly growing Thamrin area — following the earlier closure of SpaceHub’s first branch in Menteng in 2025.
The growth of SpaceHub’s business in the Sudirman–MH Thamrin area is reflected in a total of more than 500 available units, making it the operational center of SpaceHub Storage to date.
